Welcome to the platform I call Music By Design. In the sport of dressage, the most beautiful and entertaining part of the competition is when horse and rider move in an equestrian ballet called the musical freestyle. The point of the freestyle is to demonstrate all the required movements of a particular level of dressage as a dance choreographed to music. The most effective musical freestyles occur when the rhythm of the horses' gaits is in perfect sync with the music, as if that music were written just for that horse and rider.

This is where I come in.

Most music is not rhythmically matched to the gait of a horse. It is imperative then, that the music be altered(digitally sped up or slowed down), or rerecorded to insure a rhythmically correct musical freestyle.

I have many wonderful musical ideas for your freestyle. I always appreciate the opportunity to help you acheive the freestyle goal for which you have trained so hard. My time is very limited, however, I will do my best to accomodate all freestyle needs and competition entry deadlines. If you are considering a freestyle and would like my help, you can contact me at MusicByDesign@jdanieldavidson.com

What's this gonna cost me?

Average cost of a musical freestyle is between $500-$685. The exact cost will be determined when we determine the direction we will take in developing your freestyle. Once you have decided on a musical theme, and choreography, it takes anywhere from 32-48 working hours for me to complete a freestyle...so you can see the restriction of time.

I prefer payments be made by Google Checkout. A fast, reliable, secure and free way to pay using your Visa, Mastercard, or Checking or savings account. Once you have decided to use Music By Design, a $250 deposit is required to begin the freestyle. Balance is due upon completion and delivery of the freestyle.

All of my freestyles are produced on CD.
